DIY $40 Toddler play table & chairs

You too can build this adorable & affordable play table & 2 chairs for only $40! If you were to buy a similar set at Pottery Barn kids it would cost $200+. The chairs cost only about $4 a piece!
I built this table originally with 1x2 for the legs, which was not smart being that we are a Military family & move quite often. So this last move the legs were broken. So I rebuilt the table with 2x2's this time & I hope it will hold up during our next move!
Table shopping list
1 - 1x12  @8ft
1 - 2x2 @8ft
1 - 1x3 @8ft

Cut List for Table
2 - 1x12 @ 32" (Top)
4 - 2x2 @ 21 1/4" (legs)
2 - 1x3 @ 17 1/2" (End aprons)
2 - 1x3 @ 27" (Side Aprons)

This is a really easy build first attach the aprons to the legs using 3/4" pocket holes with your Kreg Jig & 1 1/4 ph screws. Make sure you put PH's on the aprons to attach the top as well.
I used a 1x12 for the top instead of using 3 1x8's like in Ana's version & I like the fact that there is only one crack instead of 2, its perfect for coloring!

My daughter Blake loves coloring at this table that's just her size!
